The output from a personalised, word processor mail-merge is automatically separated and transmitted to the recipients.

• Fax Receipt. Receives faxes, automatically prints and stores them, and sends them to your desktop.

When a fax is received the faxmaster is informed and can decide what to do with it. It can be automatically printed by the server, and with the enhanced server archived to the file server. The faxmaster can print, re-fax, E-mail, store and delete faxes, allowing complete flexibility. A Web based viewer allows faxes to be viewed in your web browser.
